Search Land Sales - how do you list your land?

Is there something special I have to do to have my estate land that is for sale listed in the in-world Search : Land Sales? Or does the search find it automatically if I have it set for sale? How do you control what goes in the description?

If it's estate land, the first thing you need to be sure of is if the estate owner allows for resale of parcels.

If that is the case, simply set the land for the amount you wish to sell it for and it will show up in search automatically. Whatever you type in the two fields in the about land window will also show up in search.

However, people will not find it because search only shows 100 listings at a time and if yours is more than L$1 per meter, very few will ever see it because very few people are willing to go deep into search to find the higher price parcels that people are allowed to resell.

That's when you have to place an ad in land and property sales on another forum here to generate traffic. Hope this helps as a start...

Yes it will show up but few will see it...a lot of other estate owners will be listing land cheaper and charging more on the back end so your land will be low on the list unless someone searchs by keywords. But I see you placed an ad... that should help. Also the owner of your sim might have some suggestions. My main knows him and he's a great and helpful guy and his Kush sims are quite nice as is your property for sale. Good luck!
