Some clubs hire dancers / strippers and sometimes hookers, uhm, I mean escorts. Shops sometimes hire security personnel. But I wouldn't expect to earn larger amounts of L$ with these jobs.
It's more profitable to learn scripting, texture creation, prim design or animating and sell either your services to others or open a shop and sell your selfmade content. Landscaping and sim design is also an option. Or buying and selling land.
