How do you sell your land and advertise in land search?

Hi! i have a small peice of land around 338 good for a house in a pg district and i really wanted to sell it but i do not know how to advertise that i am selling it. may i ask if anyone knows how to use the search engine to add in your own land for sale so it shows up for others as well?
also what price do you think it should go up for? many thanks for your time in reading this, and any help you can give.

All you have to do is set your parcel for sale for a specific price in lindens, and it's automatically listed in Land search. 10 lindens per square meter is the lowest, roughly, for mainland these days.

U don't need to consider how to use the search engine, ur parcel will get indexed automatically after u click to sell ur parcel. just sell ur parcel via right-click and select "About Land", then hit "Sell Land" and input the price u expect. What's the Appropriate Price? I would advise you check out other properties size, and set it at somewhere on the lower end of those.

You can make the listing that shows up in the land search more attractive by giving the parcel a good parcel name and parcel descripton, since that shows up in the land search display.

The About Land dialog, which you can get to by right clicking the ground , or by clicking on the parcel name at the top of the screen, on the Options tab, has a place to drag a Snapshot texture to; this picture will appear in the land search display.

You can also put an ad in the classifieds forum here, and put an ad in your forum signature.

There are other forums to advertise in, such as sluniverse.com, secondcitizen.com, sl-forums.com, and sl.stratics.com .

I would start by pinging your neighbors. A parcel that small might be easily absorbed by a neighboring parcel. There are many sim scanning tools that will give you a list of all the owners in your simulator. Take the time to ping a few, starting with those closest to your parcel.

Past that, just set the land for sale. Look around your sim first to get an idea what other land in the same area is selling for to judge the price.

i keep trying to put a piece of land up for sale. it doesn't show up on search, even when i pay for a classified ad . . .

message your neighbours and let them know you are wanting to sell your land. often they will want to add a bit of land, or add prims, or avoid an adcutter.

putting land for sale in classifieds doesn't nothing put it up for sale and wait for the asset server to pick it up. Things have been very strange on their side the last couple days and there have been a lot of rolling restarts.

Its automatically listed in the lands sale sections once you put it up for sale its a free service please dont put land sale listings in classified lol lately the classifieds are saturated with ads like this and they serve no purpose other then to drive people batty because they use keywords like "hat" or "flexi dresses" in order to be seen.

There is no classifieds section forl and sale listings..
