Hello Sly, I think you've been around long enough to have noticed at least the last long-running thread on lag. Basically, check your machine specs specially gfx card and RAM, keep your flexis and prim count down and avoid busy areas ... but then, where's the fun in that?
Oh and reduce draw distance.
