I still can not even get the white dot over my head, and yes there is NOTHING I have not tried yet..
I have a active ticket with support, but that has been days now and NO help yet!
Anyone?

I know several people where it took a while to figure it out.
Couple of things to check.
1) Have you used your headset successfully in other ways before (Skype, messengers etc)?
If that's not the case, you need to check you have your microphone plugged in Mic and not Line In, and you don't have them muted in your sound control panel. Also check volume settings.
2) Have you used the Voice Wizard, and chosen the correct input source?
Took a friend of mine 3 days to figure out they didn't have the right input set.
3) Are you holding the chosen button/key/whatever when you talk? If you aren't holding the "Push to talk" button, there won't be any voice input going into SL.
Many people have reported it hard to find people actually using voice, so it's difficult to tell if the "incoming" is working, but can you see the voice waves going out?
