I have muted someone, however when I am Busy mode I get IM's from them. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something else I need to do to completely mute them?

Did you check to make sure they are still muted? There was a bug a while back that cleared the mute list every time you logged on.  |

I did, I even muted them another time, but still it seems to show when I am set to busy |
