Hi,
I have a question about selling of linden dollars. I have my basic account connected to my paypal account. Since a couple of weeks I started as self-employed business in selling clothes and interior decorator/designer. My question is, I like to sell my Linden dollars to LL, but my Lindex Trading Limit for selling is US$0.00. I send LL several emails about it but it does not change. Is it that because my basic account is connected to Paypal or....?

Hi Angela, your problem is caused by a policy change LL made maybe two months ago. If you read the trading limits info page VERY closely (it's easy to miss the important part), you'll see the "number of days" is no longer based on when you joined SL. It is now based on the date you first paid some money to LL -- your first "billing date". In other words, you now have to be "Payment info used" before you are allowed to sell L$ on the Lindex.
Your options:
(1) Make a small purchase of L$ on the Lindex... even $1 USD will do. That will get your clock started. Then you must wait 14 days for your sell limits to start going up.
(2) Use another exchange. Many people here like to use the currency exchange on SL Exchange. The exchange rate may be a little worse for sellers, but you will get your money faster and their customer service is much better.
