Why are the in world reporters not doing there job?

In the last week there has been a major news story unfolding about a well known resident who was running a company on the WSE running off with all the company's money.
This is equivalent to if one of the banks went bust and everyone lost their money and you could guarantee it would receive a lot of coverage and the forum would be full of "i told you so threads". But somehow this has managed to pass by as if nothing has happened.


So anyway, are there no quality reporters in SL anywhere? Or do they just not pay attention to whats going on?

Personally i cant believe that this story has escaped greater attention and i know for sure a lot of people would like to know the facts behind what happened.

I would have to agree...there needs to be a financial newspaper in SL with all that goes on in SL these days. So far the most "financial" articles I've found have been about Anshe Chung...which is like doing a financial article on the Catholic Church.

I posted recently about my search for comprehensive in-world news for this very reason. I want WSE info beyond a company's announcements!
