new island owner asks: know how to load the RAW files into ps for island customizing?

i know it has to be divisible by 256 and 13 channels... but i cant open the file. p.s. i am using mac. :) any advise would be great

I only use a PC but would imagine PS (on both platforms) requires the same format either way..
if so it's a 256x256 @8bits 13 channels

I use Photoshop CS2. The exact setting are these:

Go to the Menu, File, Open, and select a RAW file (preferably the one you have downloaded after taking possession of your new sim. The Photoshop RAW Options dialog then opens, (quick check, make sure the size reported at the top of this Dialog Box is 851968 bytes, if it isn't then you have a corrupted file), the settings in the Dialog Box should be:

Dimensions
Width 256 pixels
Height 256 pixels

Channels
Count 13

Interleaved Checked

Depth
8 bits

Header
Size 0 bytes

Forget Photoshop...it'll drive you nuts.
