Check Processing Problem?

When I try to check Process Credit History details, it merely sends me back to my account information.

I requested the check on February 23rd, so I would have thought there would be some information provided by now (this is a very large check).

Is this usual? Would it be worth calling LL and attempting to straighten this out?
