Account suspension question

I posted in the ask a Linden section, but maybe someone here could help as well.

A friend of mine had her account suspended, and no reason was given. She does not believe there was any reason for the suspension - ie, no apparent TOS violations, and tier was paid.

She emailed support and has tried calling, to see if there was a mix up or if the suspension was intentional, but no response.

Has anybody else had an account suspended without warning or explaination, and if so, what steps were taken. She cannot get through to anybody for two days now, and has a lot of land, lindens, and items on that account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have her call customer service during their business hours. I have a hard time thinking they wouldn't have some information.

She has. Voicemail has thus far been unable to provide her with the information she needs.

They might try sending a certified physical letter to a particular employee.

Do they share a network with another SL user?

Have long has it been since they logged in?

Did they provide a valid email address in their account info and made sure that mail from linden addresses like "support@secondlife.com" and such don't go into a spam folder?

Wish I could be of more help.

Thanks for the responses, she got the account back.

It took nearly 3 days for her to reach a live person, which involved multiple calls each day at various times, plus email follow ups. However, once she was able to reach a live person, the support was very helpful and the problem resolved in about 10 minutes.

Well, you gonna tell us what the problem was? (To the extent that you can properly do so - disciplinary matter, accounting glitch, etc.?)

Getting a live human at LL can be frustrating, but has always been the best way to have a problem like this one resolved. I'm glad it worked out.
