Splitting Land

I have closed my store, and am selling my land. I have 1536, and want to make it into three 512 parcels.

But HOW? I've searched around, but dumb me can't find the directions or right buttons to push.

Please advise.

right click the land and edit terrain

use the top option with select land and draw on the land u want to devide, might need some practice to get the right shape

when u have the shape u want to devide, under the options are buttons and just click the "devide" and do it with the other piece aswell

when selecting land, under the options it shows the sqm that is selected
incase u make a mistake, u can draw a select over the 2 pieces (can be just over eachother border) u can select the "join" button to merge it for another try

when done, recheck and double check with the land options to see u have it actually devided into the right pieces befor selling

oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......... edit terrain. not "about land".

next time i can log in for more than 5 minutes, if it hasn't sold as one big parcel, i'll split it up just like you said.
