I have an old account that I really want to get back online, but I forgot the password. I did the usual resetting thing and it didn't work, and I was told to call. So I called, left a message, and my call was never returned.
I went to call again, and found that the phone numbers are no longer free, so I left a support ticket instead. What was the response? "Go to this page and reset your password. Ticket Resolved." WHAT?! I've already done that!!!
I replied to the ticket and have had no response as yet. But then I tried to log in to the support system today with this account (which is different) and it says my password is incorrect! I KNOW it isn't! (despite my previous record for remembering passwords....)
This is getting really annoying now. I notice Live Help has gone too. Are LL scaling down their support efforts? I'm not impressed. I realise the volume must be increasing immensely but all we want is to speak to a human! Automated stuff is not the way forward for customer support. Support should be a friendly thing - don't hide behind some automated system from your irritated customers and make them even more irritated!!!
