Hi guys,
I am stuck. I have been searching the hair stores for a single pony tail (with no other hair attached) without success. I am trying to recreate a genii look, where the guy is totally bald except for a long black pony tail.
Anyone seen anything like that on their travels?

If you find a pony tail you like that is part of a full set of prim hair, you can always make a copy and delete the hair prims that cover the head leaving only the part you want, assuming the hair is mod. That is probably what I would do.

or 'stretch' (more like un-stretch ... compress?) the other part so that it is too small and all disappears inside the Av's head, leaving only the pony tail showing.

Don't you hate it when you've run across just such a thing and have no idea where you saw it? I know someone has a separate ponytail just like what you are talking about (for men, even). If I can think where I saw it, I'll post another reply.

Robin Sojourner sells just what you want. She has a non-prim hair with a prim ponytail, and you can easily adjust the sliders to make the avatar bald on the top and sides - or just wear the pony tail prim with any "bald wig" hair setting that gives you a bald head.
This same set of styles is also great for adding a pony tail to a furry avatar, since you can tweak the slider settings to make the head hair large enough to show and look right on a furry's prim head. _____________________

Emuna thinks Billy Ray Cyrus had the best mullet and the tightest jeans. Surprised he was able to have kids as tight as his jeans were. Hehe
