There used to be a page to look at the results or outcomes of abuse reports. It will tell you if they got suspened, or warning etc.
I can't find that now, does anyone know if it still exists.

Looks like a dead wood page link now. I.e.; they don't appear to be publishing negative information about their product anymore. |

Tyche's grid survey is an excellent resource, you can search by sim for incidents going back to 2007.

Nisa, unfortunately the info provided by both the blotter and the database is extremely scant. Only successful ARs are reported, and no names are given. The detail given for the kind of infraction varies wildly, apparently at the whim of the individual G-Team member.
It's at best only a moderately useful resource. Many of us having been arguing for MUCH more transparency in the whole process for some time. _____________________

The feed is still being updated. http://secondlife.com/community/blotter-rss.php
Ought to mention that this feed has always had screwy formatting, some readers can make sense of it and others will have trouble recognizing when it updates. |

What does "Identity Confirmation" mean on an incident report? I don't know. I just wanted to say I positively love your (current at the time of this posting) signature and user title. |

What does "Identity Confirmation" mean on an incident report? They've been reported for being underage most likely and haven't been able to provide any sort of identification to prove otherwise. Or I guess it could be LL have realised they've registered with a name like Mickey Mouse. |

http://secondlife.com/support/incidentreport.php? http://www.gridsurvey.com/blotter.php? Nothing new since Wednesday Thanks for pointing this out I hadn't noticed that the LL incident Report page has been broken since 6th Jan - I've been to distracted with the fact that the LL economics data feed has only bee updated twice since 28th December (http://secondlife.com/statistics/economy-data.php) . http://www.gridsurvey.com/blotter.php? now uses the RSS feed and not the incident page and has been updated to include all 124 missing reported ARs since 6th Jan. |

I really hated that blotter thing. I always expected to see my name there. Made me feel so guilty. Like in real when you get pulled over and you accidentally turn up the volume on your cd player. Or you look rat-faced when youre not. I kinda have that "guilty" look even in sl.
Thank god Lindens dont have patrol cars eh?! _____________________

The detail given for the kind of infraction varies wildly, apparently at the whim of the individual G-Team member. It's at best only a moderately useful resource. Many of us having been arguing for MUCH more transparency in the whole process for some time. Very true. I am sure there are many people who KNOW when action was taken after they've submitted an AR, but the G Team haven't seen fit to include this on their "25 most recent", because it would undoubtedly give them too much negative publicity. At the moment the Incident Report is looking very good for its most recent actions, because there only seems to have been one ageplay incident and many warnings given out for traffic bots. It was extremely interesting to spend a bit of time looking at all the incidents actions through to 2007. I applaud the person responsible for taking so much time to collate all of this information, even though its far from a true representation of all the actioned ARs. (Do LL even have the "permaban" option - you only ever see "warnings" and "1 day suspended", "3 day suspended" etc., but I am sure all of us know of avatars who have earned themselves a permaban. |

Or I guess it could be LL have realised they've registered with a name like Mickey Mouse. Do you suppose there is or has been someone actually named Mickey Mouse? There's got to some people with the last name Mouse, though I don't recall ever hearing of anyone with the last name Mouse. _____________________

The Social Security Death Index has no Mickey's listed, but there are two deceased Minnie Mouse's on record. _____________________
