A tenant of mine cannot get to his property on the sim. Says it's unavailable or something. I can get there, and I tried to TP him in, but TP button grayed out.
I did a sim restart, still can't get there. It sends him to Gilda.
Help?

Have him clear his browser cache.

Do you have it set to'payment onfo on file' only or adult? Checkhis account settings and your island settings.

He had installed Emerald yesterday, so tried using that. He's relogging under the regular SL client and then clearing the cache. (Clearing on emerald didn't work)
I also double checked - the settings on the sim allow full public access.

Okay, he did that (on both viewers, he's back on SL viewer now) and didn't help. I also tried TPing him to a place in mainland, and his TP button was also grayed out there. But he's able to get to his landmarks around SL. Just not the sim (and not to my land on the mainland) Edit to add: And if he tries to TP "home" (which is his property he rents), it sends him to Gilda. (which is apparently a Linden infohub)

Gilda is an Adult infohub, so evidently the tenant either has Payment Info On File or is Age Verified. If he's not both, then yeah, it's possible the sim is set to require whichever he doesn't have. On the other hand, that would have to have been a change in the sim settings because he somehow got there at some point to set his home there.
The teleport button being greyed-out on his profile could be a different thing (I forget now... I think it's a side effect of not showing online status or some such). You might try Advanced / View Admin Options, which will replace "Teleport" with "God-like Summons" or something like that.

Yeah, he does have payment info on file, and I checked my sim's settings in the about land window, plus estate settings, and it's all clear for public access. There was a problem awhile back when they were monkeying around with adult settings and it kept setting it for verified adults. It's not an adult sim...totally residential. I'll have him change the TP settings...doing that now. BTW, thank you to all!!!

Now I was able to send him a TP request, but it says he's not allowed in the destination. He's not on the banned list, he's payment/adult verified (and those shouldn't matter anyway)
Makes NO SENSE

Wow, I think it's fixed, and this is a pi**er. Under estate (World/Region-Estate/Estate), the public access was turned off completely. It was turned on under the about land windows on individual parcels that are rented or common grounds, but I'd say the estate window overrides that.
I tried to TP an alt in, and got the same msg he was getting. Then when I discovered that public access not being ticked and I ticked it, it allowed my alt on.
Has LL changed any settings that I missed, because I haven't messed with those settings since I was having hiccups when they were trying to get the adult stuff going. I kept finding the box checked that said only persons who have verified as an adult were allowed, and I had to manually uncheck it. (Not adult sims - residential only - and we even have families with their genuine children as residents, so obviously that created havoc)
Was this some kind of SL goof, or could someone have messed with the settings?? The land *is* group owned and a few others do have access to the estate stuff. (But shouldn't be messing with it)
I'm feeling very badly for this tenant. I try to keep things running smoothly for them, and when something like this happens, I get kind of worked up.
The other thing, under allowed people, there's a list of a few people (who are in the group ownership) allowed. My other sim has no one listed in alllowed and nobody has ever had a problem getting on the sim. Would that have anything to do with anything?
I'm just puzzled how one day people can get on the sim, and then all of a sudden can't. (I'm assuming no one else tried, or I would have gotten IMs)

It's been a while since I did the land thing, so I could be remembering this wrong. I thought that putting people on the "allowed" list automatically banned everyone who isn't on the list. You have to leave it empty to allow public access. Could be wrong about that, though... like I said, it's been a long time.

I'll just have to hope it was a glitch of some kind mentioned in the previous post. And if it happens again, I'll know where to look first. Thanks, everyone, for such quick and helpful info. Honestly, this has to be the best group of people ever.

Don't care what goes on inside private homes, but on the outside, no running around naked outside or anything (unless a tenant has set up a very private beach). We actually have some kids who like to swing and climb trees and things. It's adorable. (Their parents are always right there.)

Make sure they didn't accidently get put on the ban list, I've seen that happen more then once. It is very easy to select the wrong option on the pie menu at times.

Yeah, I checked that, except I don't think I have a pie menu. Mine is a big window with tabs to choose, and you tick little boxes. Thing is, it just happened AGAIN. It worked fine earlier, and I was at least able to fix it quickly this time by clicking the public access on the main estate manager thing. Very frustrating!

People under 18 aren't supposed to be on the grid at all, whether they have their parents' permission or not.

Because the people operating the kid avatars are adults.
