Have we lost a scrollbar on the right side of the F1 help that we used to have?

I used to be able to put the LSL wiki in as the F1 homepage and scroll it vertically with a scrollbar. Now I replaced the normal Help page with the Login page (http://secondlife.com/app/login/) and it displays but there is no scrollbar.

Can anyone that has fiddled with the F1 browser remember having a scrollbar?

Does anyone know how to enable a scrollbar in the F1 browser?

Or have I fiddled to the point where it's time for a uninstall-reinstall ?
