This sounds like LAG, that dreaded beast of all! So, the next two questions will help in narrowing it down:

Okay, are all the accounts in the same sim? Or different sims?
Are they also on the same computer/network connection?

If they aren't in the same sim, then chances are it's your connection. It's choking on something, so you may want to reset any modems or routers in the network. Also, make sure that you don't have a firewall that is having fits over SL.

If they are in the same sim, log into another sim and see if it suffers the lag there too. If it doesn't, you may want to see if you can get the sim restarted.

i clear cache in every time i log in so dont think its that, if i send an im from one alt to another in the same region its ok if i send from a different region it gives the sender the offline notification. Any incoming ims from other regions and any other people i dont receive until i relog never had this problem before.

*chews lip* Hmm... have you left the region you were in? I mean, have you teleported elsewhere and still had this problem?

Also, are the others who you IM outside the region receiving your IMs to them?

*nods* Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too Alicia.
