I recieved this email after trying to process credit from my US account to international check it said my billing info was not on file, do I need to upgrade to premium to cashout??
"While reviewing your recent request for credit processing we noted that
your account no longer has current billing on file. In order to complete
your request, please update your billing information by going to our
website and logging in to your account. Your payment information can be
updated from your account summary page. Once that has been completed,
please resubmit your process credit request via the website.
"
Any help is appreciated just not sure what to do next, I do have a credit card on file.

It doesn't sound like you have to upgrade...there are plenty of Basic accounts with payment info on file. The only reason I can think that they'd need yours to send you a check is to verify that you're actually you. Or there could have been an error somewhere in the process which made them think you wanted PayPal.
The only way to be sure, though, is to ask a Linden in the Billing department.

Most likely is that the credit card used for payment verification has expired, and you just need to update with the new expiration date.
Second most likely is that the credit card company has decided that Linden Labs generates too many "trouble" charges, and will need to be spoken with in order to approve a renewal of payment verification.
And then there's just unclassifiable entropy in LL's billing "system." Luckily you can contact support for that mess, without needing a premium account. (And you shouldn't need a premium account to cash-out, AFAIK anyway.)

this was not at all for payments I can buy lindens with my credit card NO problem at all been doing it since I started now its just to get a check, The only thing as noticed is that maybe the amount wa not enough?, I ordered $250US but came to 235.00 after the processing fee, could they base themselves on the final amount to say "MIN $250"
I tried again to see anfd ordered a little more. All my info is updated
