People as Picks

I have a newbie question: How do I select AVs to list in my "picks" under my profile. I already have several places, but I keep running across individuals who have their friends and partners listed under "picks" and I'm jealous! =)

Create a new pick, change the description at the top, insert a picture of the person from your photo album or textures, write whatever description you choose. It makes your friends feel good. I ignore them in other people's picks as I'm usually looking for where to buy stuff they've created (ie, where there shop(s) are).

Just remember that the 'teleport' button will be set to wherever you were standing when you created the pick, so make sure its somewhere you don't mind folks tp'ing to... your skybox you use just for pixel slapping would be a bad choice, for example.
