I've been trying to use one of those free video screens. I've enabled video stream in my Options and checked the video stream in my land setup but I only get a black screen (not blank) and no sound. Music feed works fine. What am I doing wrong? Please help...

Have you set the parcel media texture?
Is the land group owned? If it is you will have to deed the player to the group.

The land is set to group. Yes, I've deed the player to group. What texture do I set it to?

Whatever texture the TV is set to use, it will either set it itself when rezzed, or you may have been provided with the texture.
One thing I suspect may have happened is that the TV *tried* to set the texture, but when first rezzed it hadn't been set to group yet. Try resetting the scripts in it now that it is deeded and see if it sets the texture for you, either by a reset option on the TV (if it has one) or by using 'Tools -> Reset scripts in selection'.

Did that. Now it's just displaying the FreeView logo when "playing"...
Update: It seems that the URL that I was trying is somehow borked...try another one and got to watch Popeye..LOL.
