Has anyone had this problem since the mainten run on wednesday I am having a problem with applying a texture to a prim.. know how you hit texture in the edit window and your textures usually come up on the side there where you can apply them well none of mine are coming up now having a big problem with that and also if I try to just apply it from my inventory it wont work either.. is there a fix to this or should I report this as a bug never had this before...

I have had this problem Ongoing for several months but it is restricted to One texture in my inventory (Unfortunately one of my favorites) while it is not Impossible to apply it, sometimes the program is extremely resistant to applying it. I've not been able to date to figure out what is different in it's format to cause this problem.
Is it One or two texture with which you are having consistant problems, or is it All of them?

It's a known issue..Linden Lab will fix it..eventually, when they feel like it. Right now, they are too busy implementing the voice function and age verification function to really bother with such an small inconvenience as this. I mean really, there is a work around here..so get over it...it's not important. Not like it's breaking your bank....or losing items in your inventory...or...or...or...yeah, it's more important to have all the new bells and whistles on than to fix the older stuff...sheesh

From: Rose34 Singer all of my texturess lolll not a one will come up in that window Bug report it Immediately, LL will want to Know, If it's a Bug they are already aware of, the more reports they get of it, the higer it gets bumped up the priority "To Fix" list. If it takes time, Understand that other issues, such as "logging in" failures and the like will always supercede Things like textures in importance. It may take time but they Will fix it. You might also try SL's version of the All purpose Fix, Empty your cashe (You probably already thought of that, but it never hurts to check). Angel. |
