You've already paid for the next 12 months.... you're not going to get a refund on that so you're stuck with a premium account for a year. From the TOS:

"2.5 You may cancel your account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation.

Accounts may be cancelled by you at any time. Upon your election to cancel, your account will be cancelled within 24 hours, but if you have paid for a period in advance you will be allowed to use the remaining time according to these Terms of Service unless your account or this Agreement is suspended or terminated based on our belief that you have violated this Agreement. There will be no refunds for any unused time on a subscription or any prepaid fees for any portion of the Service. "

have they changed the rules of down grading? If you down grade at any given time during the year you sign up. The measure days you used and refund the rest............

And if you go down from Premium to Basic Access ypu charged a downgrade fee.

En principe, tu as payé à l'avance pour l'année. LL ne rembourse pas au pro-rata. Donc, si tu annules ton abonnement maintenant, tu resteras premium jusqu'à la prochaine échéance.

No refunds, no. You can tell them to downgrade at any time, but all that does is stop your stipend from coming in, and make it impossible for you to own mainland.

wasnt there a time when you can down grade and only pay for the time used? I do remeber that....... The land idea I know, but there was time when you down graded to basic only paid the period of useage. ( well of course you pay a down grade fee ).
