milyang sim problems

well i don't know where else to turn for answers. there is no more live help. there is no more people answering the phones when you telephone them. so what does a person do when they need help immediately?? i guess we're sol in that respect huh?

milyang sim is majorly bugged today. and its sim wide. not just my shop. you walk across the floor and sink into it and then you start bouncing and it bounces you all the way out of the sim. a few of us filed bug reports but what else do you do? wait a week while the last of your customers disappear? first it was the search tab under "all" not listing but a few shops. none of which were mine. and this is still not fixed. then griefers standing in my shop ordering people out saying my shop was closing for good. now this. a thriving business going down the tubes in a month. what's taken me almost 2 years to build up. i im'd several of the lindens i could find only only one responded saying she was a baby linden and couldn't help me but if it was any consolation she was working on something i would care about. lol... gees. how do you get a sim restarted? there is no option for the request. what do i do?? are the regular business owners just out of luck as far as customer service goes?
