Hello, i seen a person that was moving/ or jumping from a spot to another in abnormal speed, not like a teleport, like if he was super speed, if he moved i like see his ghost behind, is that a gadget or animation override?

Anyone know how it's called or where to get it?

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure, but it might be that the person just used their camera controls to focus on a remote spot they wanted to sit on and then sat down on it with the pie menu. Or maybe they didn't move voluntarily at all but were "dragged" by another person.

There are lots of devices you can wear in order to move at super speed. For instance jetpacks, angel wings, etc. For the fastest possible movement, simply sit on something, and then edit its coordinates. You'll end up wherever you type, instantly. You can even replace the normal sit animation with a standing one, so it doesn't look like you're sitting.

None of that accounts for the trailing ghost effect you're describing though. Is your monitor perhaps slow to refresh? If you're on a laptop, or an older LCD flat panel, I'd consider that the most likely possibility.

Otherwise, it's probably a particle effect of some kind. It would take some determination to make the particles look like an avatar, but it's far from impossible.

There are several devices available that allow you to move at insane speeds from one point to another (I make one myself), such that it almost looks as if you are doing a short-range instant teleport and can even go through walls and such, but none that I am aware of that leave a "ghost" behind.

Most do have some sort of trailing particle effect which display a colored "energy" or "smoke" effect which follows the avatar. Could that describe what you saw, perhaps?

I thought he was probably referring to that one too Robby. IIRC, it's called a Teledash and is available from SLExchange for about L$500. Bearing in mind I last checked the price 2/3 months ago.

I have an Item called the Multitool, that gives me a short Range Teleport, that isn't actually a teleport (It's a Freebie, that also includes a Hug, a Kiss, and a Find application. I give a Copy to Every New Person i Meet). Just Tell it the Target (A person within 98 meters of your present location) and it Rezzes a red sphere. I Sit in the Red Sphere, and i am Instantly whisked to the location that person was standing at when i gave the command. I suppose some similar effect could be done with a Sphere that is smaller, and/or mostly transparent, so all you would see is the Fast Jump.

Angel.
