Only if for some reason you have a tip jar that randomly generates numbers or dishes out prizes.
Sploders I'd say yes they will be included as they include a wager. |

Tip Jars would be unaffected as Tips are simple gifts to another person.
Sploders would be Banned as they are essentially a Random Draw Pool lottery. Angel. |
