Hello, i really dont know what to do, but i am quite upset with Linden Labs. Firstly it was 250LD bonus i didnt get for give away credit card information well i was charged 1USD from my account for nothing...after that Linden helper told me to try do that again...i did and nothing happened, only i was charged for another 1USD. When did i try to contact Linden lab and resolve this problem nicely and peacefully, they deleted twice my technical support ticket without resolving, i dont think this behaviour should be accepted... but i forgave them...cuz i had no choice, since their mails come from noreply@... but today i saw announcement about Resident resources, and want place there one product which is great for anyone... and what happened? i have got email which says me it was denied, but no reason, no contact back, nothing...i just threw away my money...it was another 250 LD... i am quite sick of this behaviour and that noone want to see it...i just want to get things right you may see those three screens i did, when i tried to ask about that in blog, my comments wasnt approved... 1) http://img406.imageshack.us/my.php?image=conspiracyxr8.jpg2) http://img154.imageshack.us/my.php?image=conspiracy1ry9.jpg3) http://img525.imageshack.us/my.php?image=conspiracy2fd2.jpg |

I thought the bonus for providing payment info was only if you do it when you originally sign up, I know it was when I opened my account.
As for the Resident Resources, was what you submitted relevant? Looks to me it is only useful tools in SL to benefit the community?

well i didnt get any money, but i lost 2 USD and 250 LD  nice score... yes i think what i posted was relevant, it was Second life speech tools, which works with Second life ...i put it into communications tools, cuz it was most relevant folder...but i got answer that it was denied, but my money wasnt denied, its weird  |

Hi Sir William, you might want to double check your credit card account. I recently re-submitted my credit card info for my three accounts, and in each case LL put through a $1 authorization... not an actual charge. Authorizations usually disappear within 30 days, and you never actually have to pay that money.
