The problem is its been over 10 hours and Sony online, oops I mean LL, hasnt responded to my help request, and I have only $L4 instead of $L37. I know i didnt spend it either because I had been saving up for an alien skin, up until I got locked into to some Sim that wont let me TP out. And other players are stuck there too asking me to send them into orbit but i dont have a gun that could do that, plus the sim is like a small square and once you get near the water theres an invisible wall.
Its almost like a penal colony..
Is there anyway to delete the AV and start all over without having to subscribe? I can't think of any other solution right now. Your advice is appreciated.

First, try removing all attachments. Second, try flying to another sim or high up in the one you are in and then TPing. Last, log out and log back on in your home location.

Sounds like your on an island, if your trying to head to another island that can get a little flakey. Your home location starts out as the place you TP'd too when you left Help Island. |

Changing the login sim should allow you to get out of that one. Set it to Pooley or Oak Grove.
