Changing your real name

I've recently gotten divorced and need to change my name on my SL profile, but for some reason it won't allow me to do so, or either I can't find the place to change my name. And I think it is interfering with my billing stuff since the name on my bank accounts, CC, and paypal account no longer match what SL knows about me. Any suggestions..other than contacting support since they have so far been useless.

It apparently doesn't matter to them that the information was correct before you changed your name. After they suspend your account for providing false billing information (in their eyes), they will allow you to access a special log-in page where you can update your personal details.

You likely won't get anywhere with support - the billing people would be the best ones to try to reach.
