Same is happening to me as well. I have to try for 10 minutes, or teleport sim by sim closer to my destination, they should concentrate on fixing this.

Part of this problem (a very large part) is the network resources between thier colocation facilities, not directly under LL's control.

I haven't had any trouble TPing from one place to another EXCEPT when I try to TP up to my skybox.

A few days ago I created a landmark from the skybox, tested it to make sure I got it right, and then logged out.

The next day I logged back in and tried to use the landmark. It would TP me to the ground location directly beneath my skybox, but would not put me at the necessary elevation (approx. 500m up).

Any ideas as to what's gone wrong?

I can only TP if I remove ALL prim attachments, so I arrive everywhere with no hair, no shoes, no skirt, no glasses, nothing. It's so undignified.

Actually it is directly under their control. They leased the co-lo, they pay for it. If it fails repeatedly, they - like any firm - should find a more reliable host.

My guess is that "it's the co-lo" is mere finger pointing which no one could possibly verify. I think LL should blame Microsoft or Al-Queda for their failures; if it isn't plausible at least it may be more gratifying to hear. ;)

When you arrive below it, take the same tp again and you should rise to the location;-)

oooooooooooo Bubble-wrap-popping is so soothing!! I will do that and arriving anywhere sans attachments is so yucky..
