Good Day to Buy Land?

Just want to point out to those who don't know, land prices are dictated primarily by how many sims are in the auction queue.

Right now there are only three, which means prices will be higher by the end of the day, so if you were on the fence, it might be a good day for you to take the plunge and go premium or find a nice mainland rental and pay the avatar the monthly fees directly.

Plus there are a lot of gorgeous new sims to check out on the new Nautilus continent. In my year here, I have never seen waterfront and oceanview so inexpensive.
