I'd like to rent or buy attractive commercial space that has a no-fuglify and no-club covenant. 8192 or maybe larger. Does anyone know of such a thing?

Check with AmySue Shirakawa in game. She might have something - I know she has a new commercial island that was just delivered.

I have this interest also, but I don't need quite as large as a lot. I actually love where my store is located right now (themed French sim) but there is a prim allotment issue which may cause me to have to move. I'm looking for anything between 2000-4096 sqm - A coventent that bans clubs, ugly rotating signs, buildings shooting fire out of the roof, and the like, and some space between parcels. I have checked out AmySue's land...it is very nice, but I wonder what else is out there for sake of comparison, such as themed sims? Sol

Check out the Dreamland Plush sims. There are a bunch of different styles.

I don't work for Anshe, but here's another Dreamland suggestion.
If you are doing a small shop with your own stuff, check out Dreamland Asia. Megamalls aren't allowed, you are limited to Asian architecture, and they want original merchandise, but you can do commercial there.
I believe it's the only Dreamland residential area that allows shops as well (maybe the furry one too?). Anyway, it's really pretty, and quite protected.
