Okay, I am assuming that you started this in context of the new verification policy rather than the old... I'm already verified through my credit card, and the issuing bank has verified my real-world identity quite thoroughly. I am also verified through and receive L$->USD payments through PayPal, who has even more thoroughly verified my real-world identity. If it was required to give the same kinds of data to this Aristotle company to sell stuff in SL, I would flat-out quit immediately, no thought required. Why should *I* "sthu"? Why shouldn't you? You feel that your opinion is more valid, obviously, but I choose to disagree with you. I think you are being rude and obnoxious with that kind of statement, feel free to disagree so that I can tell you to "sthu"  . |

If LL makes it so only age-verified people can sell stuff in linden dollars, I will simply switch to selling stuff in USD or GBP instead. It's their economy. They can sabotage it if they like. 99% of my income in SL is based off comissioned work, which is actually more conveniently paid in real money than in linden dollars anyway.
But I can see how that would be annoying for clothing/skin makes, who can't deal in personal negotiations for their products.

I'm already going to quit when this goes in. I am an escort. I will not provide this additional layer of verification, especially when it will NOT be effective in keeping teens out.
I will probably try to continue enjoying erotic roleplay in mature/non-adult regions with clients I already work for, but people come and go and I will no longer be able to advertise.
