sorry but i have to say that for myself.WHAT THE HELL GOING ON HERE.TP PROBLEM TRANSFER PROBLEMS GROUP PROBLEMS EVERYTHINGS GO BAD DURING 2 ***************** WEEK...TONS OF MAINTNANCE.WOW THAT CRASY..I HAVE PLAY LOT OF ONLINE GAMES BUT NEVER SEE ONE LIKE THIS WOOOOOOOOW.WE PAY FOR WHAT EXACTLY?(yeah own a land(server) but they are supose to provide good services).god 4 years in beta sl never going to find out,thats crasy i cant belive the lot of problems they always get.............i loove sl but im thinkin about see for another game like this one.(theres is another one and lot mooore going to open)so i think LINDEN is better to wake up before people stop play this.sorry for that but i had to do it for my mind GOD

After two years, and a few angry moments like that myself, I have adopted this attitude towards Second Life:

Take it, or leave it.

You can just deal with the bugs and issues an say your point ocasionally,
Or you can cancel your account and leave, as no one is making you be here.

The product is what it is, works well sometimes, goes horibbly wrong the other times. If you can't deal with that I'm afraind SL sin't the place for you at this time in it's maturity and your blood pressure will do much better without it

Basically if it craps out on me, I shrug my shoulders, and go do somehtinbg else, its not worth getting all worked up about, the Lindens will fix it (to some degree, at some point in the future).

The terms of service is there to be read and fully understood. The expectations account holders have built up with in themselves only gives cause for their own grief.
LL owns your account, you do not own anything. Their free to do with it as they see fit. Their free to do what they want with their service.

This is not the phone company or electric company etc. where services such as that are expected to run error free 100% of the time.

sorry...nerd joke, but yeah, even when you "BUY" Land...you pay RENT. That aint "BUYING"...now of course in RL you pay property tax on the house, electric bill, etc...but in THIS world...like Dnel said..."Take it or leave it".

These problems are definitely not grid wide. Since the update last week SL has been running smoother than ever for me and I have not experienced any of the issues the OP describes.

lol.....thanks for taking care.but take it or leave it that s not an answer for me.the game have a Great potential,and if they dont realize they fuck up with all * problems,it will go bad for linden cuz few other games comming out soon,thats bad,i prefer stay in sl,but if the other games is less bug i will take it for sure.and for sure i think since u buy a land u become hungry about all problems...hum wait a minutes how many hours u guy do u think we have lost in only 2 weeks ,seriously?? i said a least aproximatly 2 days minimum with all these maintnance time and overtime (they just cant respect their time (thats never engouht) and i dont talk about the lot of time can tp.linden$ cant buy,big group problems)do we have been refund?? hum seriously is it professionnal,after 4 years?.i can understand sometime yes they can make error for sure or have problems but these 2 last week thats was too much for my head(thats why i have say that here before i freak out......lol)and thats not only me a lot of people say the same things u kno............oh and the last thing.when u make moore money and have moore player,i bet u supose to hire moore people to handle the bigger world always growing,is it what they does.hum in world problems,big waitting time to build their road on mainland,a big waitting time for the map refreshing.

I know there's a lot of "competition" coming up, but unless they really pull a rabbit out of their hat and make it as easy as it is in SL to build --anything-- you want, they're not going to hold a candle up to here, and it'll be as thrilling as Sims Online was. Remember TSO? Yeah. Thrilling, wasn't it?
