I went to help island, and a help person talked to a Linden for me. The Linden told the help person to have me enter in a support ticket. Well, a few hours later my plot is still unusable and the prims remain.
How is it possible for people in such issues to get immediate support? It seems to me that the baseline standard for support would be to correct issues that utterly prevent the land you pay for from being used, yet I was directed to go through the bureaucratic support system rather than get what I needed- immediate support. Such issues would only take seconds of a Liaison's time, to return such objects.
[Edit]: situation resolved. I was told the best way to fix such situations was to manually scroll down the names in a search for "linden" and see who is online based on whether the teleport button is highlighted or not. It worked quickly
