need help selling my group owned land (URGENT!!)

Can anyone help me please?
I have a beach that i am trying to sell..
it is on a private owned sim, the sim owner knows i am selling it and he told me to set it for sale through the meter where i pay my tiers.
i have done this and it is set for sale according to the meter..
if i click 'about land' it doesnt say its for sale... all i have hilighted is the abandon button..
the beach is group owned but NOT deeded....
if i click the meter it says its for sale, and if the buyer clicks the meter, it tells him to pay through the meter, but there is no pay optiono there :(

i have been iming my sim owner since last saturday with no reply and my tier runs out on about 10 days, the buyer is starting to lose interst..
does anyone know how i can sort this out?
can i do something to sell it or do i HAVE to wait for the sim owner to sort this problem out?

please explain in plain english if u reply.. im blinde and i dont understand all this land stuff :)

What meter are you referring to? If you don't get the option to "Cancel land sale" in about land then you are not the seller and I think you need the sim owner to get involved.

i had a feeling i would have to wait for the land owner.. was hoping there was something i could do

think u can set the land to group "none"?
