my friend jojo told me to click right properties and mod copy now the question is how to put a picture in a notecard.

You can put any mod/copy/trans snapshot or texture in a notecard but it shows as an icon, not a picture.

to put a picture in a notecard you drag the picture from your inventory to the notecard
as stated it will not be the picture but a clickable icon/link so the person can click it and see the picture not sure which permissions need to be on the picture, since I usually only put pics in cards to ppl I trust I use full perms |

No. Anything existing inside a notecard has to exist in world.
You can't make hyperlinks from notecards, either. |
