when choosing land use fees on the web site it says it can lower m y tier but when i go to save it will not save i have a possible 17000some land would t hink i could down my tier land use fees and the circles are open to c heck too yet it does not save

Do you have group owned land? You may have too much contributed tier to your group. Go to Land and L and adjust the contribution down, and then adjust your tier fee on the webpage.

Go to your accounts page and check under the Land Holdings section, your Peak square meter usage. You may find it is above what you are trying to lower your tier to.
If this is the case you will need to wait until your next billing cycle begins before you can reduce your tier.
You must, of course, make sure you aren't contributing tier to any groups as the previous poster suggested.
