I have been trying for 2 days to build, Everytime I try and rez something from my inventory I get the "Failed to place object" notice or nothing happens at all. I have tried several different items all with the same results. Is this a problem with SL or is it my problem? Anyone else experiencing the same type problem ?

It seems since a recent release to be more frequently a problem. I've encountered two things, though, that seem especially fussy lately: Rezzing inside a hollow prim, or on a mega-prim. If the problem is with rezzing on the ground, though, and there aren't any mega-prims in the neighborhood, something else is happening. In any case, it often helps to first Create a simple prim and then rez on top of it.

So this is happening to more than just older items? The missing from database crap HAS to be fixed. Period. At least its not disappearing from my inventory now if I relog....wonder if I will ever be able to take that stuff out. Failed to rez is starting to drive ...me... batty.  |
