Anime avitars?... do they exist?

I know there are some Final Fantasy ones around but I was wondering if there are any other ones and if I could get some pics... I was looking around but haven't seen any around. I don't mean specific characters, just anime in general. (with the eyes and stuff)... I also need to find a place where I can get some anime-ish stuff like eyes and things incase anyone knows of a place....

One last thing. This is kind of a cross-post from the texture thread but is it possible to make cellshaded avis. I know you can make yourself cellshaded if you're wearing Cell shaded prims, but I mean can you actually make YOU cell shaded.... sort of like this.

I'm guess it'd be kind of hard to do. Maybe not something as advanced as that but close.

every now and again I island hop to islands that are specifically Japanese, because they make some cool clothes, and I have seen Anime Avatars, I'm sure.

Lico Lico or something like that is a mall with some good anime avatar stuff. Geared more towards females, but there is some good general-purpose things.

And then there's Aether Styles..? Very good variety of anime stuff.

If you do a search for 'tinies', good chance you will end up in some Japanese sims with some good anime. Even without searching for tinies, definitely explore some Japanese sims like Dekka said.

searching for unreal avatars or anime titles give you a lot of places, I have seen very good dragonball z and naruto hairs out there.
some of the dragonball z hairs are even scripted to give the charging effect.

Try a search for Akiba, its an retail island.

There are a few anime style sculpti head attachments. Search for Unreal or UR avatars. The Ferguson region has a few stores that carry the coolest looking choices I've seen. Some of the 'cosplay' avatars have a really boring shape though. (=_=)y

I saw some Sonic the Hedgehog some where- I may have an LM- let me know if you are interested- though it should come up in search.

yes they exist. some are rather remarkable. but they are becoming a closely guarded secret as LL has loosed witch hunters to declare them all some sort of unacceptable porn when they are not.

HINT: where did anime originate? search in those locations by going there.

SL exchange have a whole section just for anime avatars....Might want to look through there to see if there is anything you like.

I think you could probably get the cell-shaded effect...you'd need to wear a skin, eyes, hair, clothes all witht the cell-shaded effect, but I can't see why it wouldn't be possible.
Would be difficult to acheive though I think.

Yes there is manga/anime porn...many European adult catalogues offer it.

There are those of us who have seen films like Spirited Away and were fascinated by the style and imagination of it. Spirited Away is an animation about a little girl who finds herself in a strange fantasy world. Just great escapist fun. There are far more interesting things to discover besides those based around nookie!

Wow thanks. It just totally sucks that my laptop can't get on because the gfx card SUX and the computer I normally use is out of comission (I tried to put in a new graphics card and accidentally unplugged something from the motherboard.... now I can't even turn it on. )

I don't see why they'd crack down on anime. There's worse things happening. Plus SL has all sorts of adult clubs and stuff that are supposed to be like REAL people, so why go against stuff that's supposed to be animated in the first place?

If by anime you count Gundam there are some free Gundam robot avatars at the Gundam museum. Amazingly perfect. Be sure to also wander around outside the store with it's mini-cityscape.

There's a shop on the old mainland somewhere, I forget the name, but they had alot of Anime Avatars.

Search by the Anime/Manga name & you're bound to find it.

look on slexchange.com, they have sectional pages for avatars for sale, and an anime cartoon page as well

try looking around at some of the hidden villages. do a search for naruto or bleach and you should come up with some great places to shop. Can find chakra's and other fighting effects as well as alot of great av's.

hmmm, i guess not many have heard of Rozen Moon yet. I'm creating all sorts of anime characters. So far i got ones from anime such as Naruto, Inuyasha, Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar, Sailor Moon, and Tokyo Mew Mew. All of them have a sculpted anime head so they look more like the actual character. I find the avatar heads make anime look too goofy lol. If i could post a pic of them here i would but forsome reason theres been problems with that.... *sigh*

Anime-eye-heads there are some, but most are pretty low detail.
Also search for dolls, video games and 2ch refferences.
