SPAM in Profile Picks??

A friend just looked at her profile and found a couple of SPAM ads in her Picks section.

I have not seen any LScript calls for adding or modifying the profile, is there any way this could have happened without her knowledge besides someone cracking her password? Are there griefing scripts that cause spam to be added to profiles?

She has changed her password.

The odd thing was that there were two identical ads in Picks, with the same information and no title, only a picture, TP and description. If these were entered manually I would have have expected there to be two identical ones.

I would think the asset server is busy being mixed up again. When I go to put something away right now and rez stuff its very slow to decide whether its gonna rez and takes what seems an eternity to put away. Things are pretty boggy right now and when that happens a lot of things kinda get all mixed in together. If you go into search and type in a keyword you will get strange results likely and see 2 of each ad

It will be cleared up when its noticed so probably tomorrow it might be gone. Its the weekend which is why i say it that way as they might unmix the servers only for them to mix up again due to heavy load

Agreed. The asset server was borked pretty good last night at times. Hope your friend's picks get sorted soon.

WWV is talking about me. It's funny because 1.) I have never even been in those places before, let alone twice. 2.) I have never even added "picks" to my profile yet. I'm still finding my way in SL like good places to hang out and club, etc. and Wendy's Free Sex whatever is definitely not my style!! >^^<

Thanks for the help. I deleted it out of my profile and changed my password and added a REAL pick in. Hope this doesnt happen again.
