CTRL-ALT-T for toggling highlight transparent object seems to have stopped working. I've reported this as a bug (https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-542), but could others confirm it is no just me?

It seemed that control alt t didn't work on a fresh install of SL. Then I used the menu option View Highlight Transparent and Control Alt T worked afterwards.

Seems to be working. Does it work if you select from the Edit menu? Maybe something is messing with the short cut on your end?
