Would a 20 x 30 house fit on a lot 1792?

Well most 1024 lots are 32 by 32... so yea, it'll fit with room to spare.

The only way to know if it fits is to measure your land footprint. Saying the total square area doesn't mean much. If is a long thin strip of land, you won't fit any prefab houses on it.

Rez it in a Sand Box First, over a square in the shape of your Lot, The Parent Prim of the house will be directly over the point you indicate for Rez, If the Parent Prim is, for some reason Located off centre, the house may Rez Partly off your property, and be auto returned to you.
Also, verify the Number of prims in the house to make sure it does not excede the allowable prim limit of your Lot.
