Can anyone use Paypal to pay tier fees ?

The times recently I've tried to use Paypal, it has failed. Has that changed ?

HI,

They took my money on the 13th ok and I just bought some Lindens today ok as well. I did get an email from paypal along with the receipt saying that they couldn't reply to my email service request though, but the money has definitly gone.

I no longer have tier fees since I sold off all of my mainland, but my primary account's quarterly premium account fee was just recently processed via PayPal.

I am pretty sure that the other two premium accounts in my household which are paid for via PayPal got processed just fine.

Hopefully that indicates something good?

Beki, I got that email too. I rang Paypal and they said my tier payment had gone through all right, but I just tried to buy lindens and couldn't - either in-world or on the website. [SIGH] I thought the Paypal problem had been sorted out.

My $9.95 worked ok a couple of days ago for the alt I registered. I did get a "returned email" fromy paypal about it though :eek:

I got a second copy of the service request failure email today. I checked Paypal again and my monthly tier payment was shown as completed. However my bank account has not yet been debited and I haven't received the usual receipt from LL. I decided to ring them and spoke to someone in billing who said that as far as LL is concerned I am up to date with my tier payment.

I mentioned that other people have had Paypal problems, even though accordng to the blog the problem has been resolved. The agent said he would pass the information along.
