Did you know to get your sign up bonus you must become a premium member at creation?
Can't find any documentation for this. I was informed after submiting a ticket. The knowledge base only states that you get it after 45 days of becoming a premium member. LL were good enough to give it to me anyway.

You're correct Domaiv, there is no documentation that states that on this page:
https://secure-web9.secondlife.com/whatis/plans.php Only that Signup bonus is issued only on our confirmation of valid credit card or other identity information. It doesn't specify that you need to provide that information at sign-up. Expect LL to correct that information sometime after the grid becomes stable and scalable. _____________________

Um, it's a sign up bonus, not an upgrade bonus...wouldn't it make sense that it's related to something you do at sign up?

oh, that's why I needed to find support. I didn't get my signup bonuses either. I know it's been 45 days since my first monthly payments are off the list.

I'll just advise people to submit support tickets if they don't get their bonus.. and have the quote the page the lack of info is on. Maybe that will force them either to change their interior policy or to freaking update the knowledge base properly. I know the bonus for referrals states that the person you are referring must become a premium at sign up. _____________________

Perhaps, like most things LL, its actually intentionally ambiguous rather then mistakenly ambiguous.
