Paying private island monthly fee with L$

Hi all!

I browsed and searched the forums and knowledge base, but I just couldn't find a specific answer.
Can the monthly fee be directly paid with L$ or the US$ that are in my account?

I read that the setup fee can, but no word about the monthly.
I'd assume it works too.. but can anyone confirm please?

You can pay monthly tier fees in L$ or USD on the islands that I manage, Kush and Kush II. Residents own the land there and can resell it at their sole discretion. Go have a look for yourself!

Any charge made against your Second Life account by Linden Lab will automatically be taken from your US$ credit balance if you have one.

However, your L$ will not be used in this way; you must sell your L$ yourself, so that they are converted into US$ credit than can then be used.

Just for the record, the answer is....
You must convert your L$ to your US dollar account if you would like to pay tier fees for your sim that way LL can make an extra 3.9% which i think is BS anyway, but its the way it is
