Anybody ever get this?
"The system is logging you out right now.
Your account will not be available until
blah-de-blah-de-blah (roughly 3 min later)."
I do, every time I log in for the past three days.
It then takes about three or four tries to get it
to 'take". It takes about 15 minutes to log-in!
Anyone out there with any insight to what may
have happened or, better yet, how to resolve
the situation?

Yes
Simple. Close it. Reopen it. It might take a few times. You're just ghosted, very common, esp when SL is borked. As it appears to be right now. Ho hum.

Thanks for the response, but this is one bad ghost! Haven't been able to log-in in all day. No problem with an alt from the same computer. Should I re-download Second Life or am I doomed to a badly dressed test version? lol kinda.

try im'ing your main with the alt, sometimes that triggers SL to realize you are indeed offline
if that fails, contact support for help with booting you off the grid
so you can log back on

I've read that someone sending you a linden might help. So if I run in to someone with a linden to spare I'll see if they will help.  I sent you a linden, and an IM, and a teleport offer, maybe that will help your ghost get logged out, if that is really the problem. You might try logging in to different sims. For that matter, you might try logging out from different sims when you quit SL. Couldn't hurt to turn the modem and router off for a few minutes.

If there's only one sim involved then a sim reset might help.
If it's more than one sim, such as, anywhere, I don't know.
