Urgent question about Moaku Mostel's 3-prim vendor

Hi,
I try to use the Moaku Mostel's 3-prim vendor to sell a T-shirt I designed, but I have some troubles with it.

I filled in the notecard with:
name of the T-shirt:price (the icon you see here replaes the : and p !!!)
name of hte picturePIC

for example:
newshirt:40
newshirtPIC

I added both the shirt and the picture in the vendor's contents folder:
name of the shirt: newshirt
name of the picture: newshirtPIC

the picture of the shirt is a snapshop of myself wearing it; so it is in the snapshot-format

When finished I save the notecatd with this info; the vendor ask me permission to take money from me; I answered: 'yes'.

Then I need to click on the vendor. It says:'ready; but stays black and gives a scripting error. The floating text says:'item name' and 'price 99999999', so my input info is not showed nor is the picture of the shirt.....

What am I doing wrong????????

There has to be somewhere where you can enter a price for the shirt. Possibly in the notecard or by chat command (ie, /1 100).

I know, the number after the ':' is the price as explained in the info included with the vendor.
S, my input of 'newshirt:40' means I set my price to L$40, but it doesn't work .....

Apparently SL is having some problems right now - people are reporting invisibility, no teleports, and no money showing up - I wouldn't be trying to do anything complicated or important right now if I were you. :)

The vendor might have test items in it - make sure you remove those if there are any in there.

without being familiar with that particular vendor I am clutching at straws sorry but I think some vendors require you to put a space (or no space) between the : and the 40 (price)

OK Curtis, tnx, I will try that later on when problem with XL are solved, however the info notecard doesn't say anything about the space nor is it showed in the example.

Annabelle, as far as I can see there are no examples in the vendor.
And, I don't think it has to do with the SL-problems right now as I had the problem already about 3 hours ago....

That vendor system is even more out of date then the one i make. 2 Suggestions that might help.. Either ask me for a hibrid vendor system (which i don't support if it doesn't work) or go on slexchange.com and search for the PVN vendor system. both are free. I currently use PVN for my stuff.

Yiffy, I've search slrexchange.com but cannot find the VPN vendor there....
Anybody a suggestion where to find?

Or, does someone have a good working low prim flat vendor to put on a wall for me???

Make sure you are attempting to do this in a scripting-enabled area.

I use Moaku Mostel's vendors without any problems. I can send you a copy of the scripts in mine if that's any help.

*nods* I use the one that Yiffy fixed that's the one prim. Never had an issue with it that wasn't a short circuit between keyboard and chair.. or SL having hissy-fits.

The vendors i scripted seam to work fine, with a occasional newb who seam to not read instructions right lol. It's become so stressful dealing with that, that i just point them in the direction of other vendors.

On and ron i figured out why you couldn't find it on slx, i typed the name wrong. :p I will give you a link to it. It's SVN not PVN. Since you IMed me in-world i will hand you my copy of it and my system.
