I just bought a fire and ice staff and it didnt come with a manuel,,, so does anyone know where i can get one or tell me how to use it???

Find the object in your Inventory and right click it... select Properties... you'll get a little window that will tell you the name of the object's Creator... click the blue Profile button there... this will open the Profile window of the object's Creator... at the bottom of their Profile window you'll see a blue Instant Message button... click it to open and IM window and then send the object's Creator a brief message asking them for help with the object you purchased.

Also, rez it on the ground where you can, right click and edit, select more and go to contents.
Some creators put the help cards inside the object.
