Since I am not a teen, I officially do not know how to get into thr teen grid. Nonetheless, the rumour is that you just log in with your normal account, and the servers decide which grid your account goes to. So, just use the usual client.

Yeppers, looks like you just use the same client. I clicked on the 'teen grid' icon, went down to the bottom of the page, clicked downloads which took me to a page that took me to the regular download page. Go figure. I thought we were the guinea pigs for LL before they moved stuff to the teen grid!

I am impressed and incredibly jealous you managed to get a Teen account for your daughter, as I have had zero luck getting my 13 year old signed up for a Teen account. We get a message claiming that the account is created and that an activation email will be sent, but it never is. The issue seems somehow related to my PayPal account, which IS verified and works fine on my account but somehow won't work for hers, as it mentions a "problem" with PayPal before cheerfully saying the account is created. Can you tell me what proved to be the solution for you? My daughter is just so eager to play, we've been trying everything we can think for the past 10 days or so. But after initially repeatedly closing my ticket as SOLVED after responding with inaccurate information (that my paypal must be unverified, or that I am failing to pay the $9.95 fee for an ALT account), and my repeatedly reopening the ticket as UNRESOLVED, Support now has apparently just decided it is easiest to ignore my ticket completely. Last time they responded to it was in June. I would love to know what "works". Here's my thread on the off chance a Linden Labs person happens to stroll past this thread: "Any alternate method I can use to get my daughter's TEEN account" /327/f4/195077/1.html
